How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and color, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or register for an account to track your orders.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over ₹100.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 48 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items are eligible for exchanges only.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the order, and click "Return Item". Print the prepaid label and drop it off at any carrier location. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely! Exchange requests can be made within 30 days. Select "Exchange" when initiating your return and choose your new size or color.

How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
What materials do you use?
We use premium materials including organic cotton, fine merino wool, genuine leather, and Italian fabrics. All materials are ethically sourced. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my LUXE garments?
Care instructions are provided on the garment label and the product page. Most of our pieces should be hand-washed in cold water or dry-cleaned to maintain their quality.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery for eligible locations.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We use Stripe for card payments, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the "Have a Coupon?" field on the cart page before checkout. Valid codes will be applied automatically.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.
